Southeast Boise is a large and popular area, spanning from Boise State University to Micron Technology. The older neighborhood just south of BSU (and Boise River) can be best described as a cross between the North End and the Boise bench. The rest of Southeast Boise was sporadically developed in the last thirty years with a variety of suburban-style homes. Some popular Southeast Boise communities include River Run, Harris Ranch, and Spring Meadow. Southeast Boise offers easy access to the Boise River Greenbelt, Boise State University, and Downtown Boise. Southeast Boise offers a wide variety of housing types, with prices ranging from $300,000 to over $8 million.
